Meet Brandon

From an early age, Brandon has been an activist and healer -- co-founding a non-profit organization at 10, living abroad, and participating in many civic engagements and workshops.

Most recently, he studied and assisted in organized breathwork, yoga and wellness sessions throughout Los Angeles. His chief aim is to bring forth a community of like-minded travelers and locals through conscious breathing and restorative poses. 

The Vibe

After arrival, the session begins with a warm-up. This will align and center around a central theme for the time. Progressing through a series of electric breathing exercises, grounding and igniting the core and energy/chakra points. These are most popular within the Kundalini yoga practices and will make you feel   A M A Z I N G.   Your body will move through a set of restorative poses, coupled with breath, that will challenge and push you to your higher self! Culminating in an ultimate shavasana which will form in a collective chant to the world.
